We believe Investor service is a vital element for sustained business growth, and we want to ensure that our Investors receive exemplary service across every touchpoint. Prompt and efficient service is essential for retaining relationships, and Investor satisfaction becomes critical to us, especially since we follow the Direct-to-Investor model. Investor queries and complaints are an important voice of the Investor, and this policy details grievance handling through a structured framework, supported by a review mechanism to minimise the recurrence of similar issues in future.
Client queries or complaints may arise due to a lack of understanding, or a deficiency of service — such as a lack of explanation or clarification, inadequate facilities, or staff attitude towards the client. Clients can seek clarification and are entitled to complain in writing, orally, or by phone:
You can expect a reply within 10 business days of writing to the Client Servicing Team.
If you do not receive a response within 10 business days, or are not satisfied with the response received, you may lodge your grievance with SEBI at SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System):
SCORES can also be accessed through the SCORES mobile application, or you may write to any office of SEBI.
If still unsatisfied, a common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”), which harnesses conciliation and online arbitration for resolving disputes in the Indian securities market, is available per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, on “Online Resolution of Dispute in the Indian Securities Market”:
