8. The Research Analyst, or any associate, has not received any compensation for investment banking, merchant banking or brokerage services from the subject company in the past 12 months.
9. The Research Analyst, or any associate, has not received any compensation or other benefit from the subject company, or a third party, in connection with the research report or recommendation.
10. The subject company was not a client of the Research Analyst, or any associate, during the twelve months preceding distribution of the research report/recommendation.
11. The Research Analyst, or any associate, has not served as an officer, director or employee of the subject company.
12. The Research Analyst has not been engaged in market-making activity for the subject company.
