These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Siddharth Shrivastava, Sole Proprietor, trading as Alpha Point Research, who owns and controls this website, alphapointresearch.com, and is a registered SEBI Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000017587) under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. By accessing or using the website and/or any related mobile or software application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations — if you do not agree to be bound by them, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, without prior notice (“Updated Terms”); continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the Updated Terms.
The products and services on this website are provided only in jurisdictions where doing so is lawful, and we alone decide who is eligible to subscribe. You may download content for personal use provided you retain all applicable intellectual property notices. Unjustified alteration of the website’s content, and unlimited or wholesale reproduction, copying or duplication of content for commercial purposes, is not permitted. Fees, tenure and inclusions for each research service are disclosed upfront on Subscription Plans before you subscribe. You agree that relying on such information is at your own risk, and that you will conduct your own independent research and use your own judgment rather than relying solely on the Service. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. If one or more provisions of these Terms are declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
